Team A’s best shot, he follows orders unquestioningly in the pursuit of cleansing the continent of un-American elements. Maddox has been under Captain Hung’s command since joining the US Military and was part of the “Nigeria Incident”.

He was hand selected for C-SOG mission 6 months prior to the last war and cryogenically frozen by a joint military/private operation to create “super soldiers” to re-establish the US government post-nuclear annihilation.

While incapacitated, and escaping the radation zone after the Sky Raider I crash, he mutated while passing through the "Ghost Storm: surrounding the site. Elmo can now be classifed as a mutated human; his face disfigured-melted-, and his brain affected causing a thirst for violence, even beyond his already bloodthirsty inclination.

The radiation however re-awoke latent Syker powers that had went dormant after his cybernetic procedure which had damaged his memory of his syker training, but now its slowly returning…
